Beautiful property, great service.

The hotel is gorgeous. The pool area is tranquil and beautiful and the whole hotel is immaculately kept. The service was great! We arrived via bus from.Oaxaca City and they allowed us an early check in. Luis at the front desk arranged multiple excursions for us. Everything was so easy. The location is great, right in the middle of a super cute and safe neighborhood. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.

No complaints at all.

Stunning oasis with spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and the friendliest staff

Absolutely beautiful gardens around the property. Staff were so friendly and such a nice family vibe. All staff were happy to help with any query. Special thank you to Luis who helped advise us the best way to get to Oaxaca and booked transport for us, took care of everything. Cocktails at the bar are really delicious. Location is great, nice and quiet while still being close to shops, lovely restaurants and the beach.

The most beautiful hotel! All round perfect.

The most beautiful, immaculate hotel, every inch of this place has been crafted with thoughtful detail. Hundreds of different colourful flowers and plants, water features, stone decorations… it is truly stunning! We’ve had a wonderful stay, the room is spacious, comfy and clean with great wifi and a good shower. The pool is heaven on a warm day and they make the best pina coladas I think I’ve ever had! The staff are lovely and friendly, they have been really helpful with our needs and questions. They also speak perfect English which is super handy. They recommended a great trip to see the bioluminescence which was like nothing wed experienced before… wow.

A hidden gem

Beautiful hotel, really well looked after. It is so serene and the outside space is like paradise. Beautiful clean pool and a good size, lots of comfy sunbeds. The staff are incredibly helpful especially Louis, he made sure we were really well looked after. Spacious, clean, comfy rooms. Great design, and with everything you need. Good location, quiet but close to shops and the beach. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful peaceful hotel close to the beach

Staff were all very friendly, location great near lots of restaurants and only a few mins from the beach, beautiful swimming pool. We had a night bus and staff let us use facilities until we had to leave which was very nice.

Didn't love the bathroom being in the bedroom with no proper wall or door but not the end of the world

Beautiful hotel in a quite area

We really enjoyed our stay at la Hacienda. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The owner of the hotel was there and was super supportive in addressing our requests. And the location is quite good, in a quite area, which is also very close to restaurants area.

The only small improvement I would recommend is not allowing to smoke or limiting smoking to certain areas of hotel further away from the rooms: there was a table right outside of our room where some guests were smoking. This didn't affect our stay much as other guests were nice to move further away from the room, but it would be nicer if we didn't have to ask them in the first place :)

This is a good place to stay. I don’t recommend the room I stayed in.

The room was spacious and daily housekeeping kept the room clean (very important near a beach). Lovely pool area. The shower in the room was nicely designed. I appreciated having a rack to hang out my clothes to dry outside the room.

Honestly, I chose the cheapest room and it just wasn’t worth what I paid for it. No kitchen, no breakfast option, no balcony and perhaps the worst thing no TV (Netflix only). The room was kept clean during my stay which I greatly appreciated but the one chair that I had in the room was visibly dirty. I also had issues with ants.

Wonderful

Wonderful and relaxing little oasis. Very nice rooms, staff a little impersonal but helpful if approached. Very nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Rooms are very big and nicely decorated. Lots of loungers around the pool which was appreciated. Walking distance to beaches and good restaurants

Perfect spot for our overnight shopping trips to Puerto Escondido.

We love the neighborhood near the hotel. There are multiple restaurants and shops nearby as well as Carazalillo Beach. The pool was a lovely bonus. We have tried to stay here before on overnight visits to Puerto Escondido but the hotel always required a minimum two day stay.

It was all fine.
